Don Bosco Tech is a transformative intervention that converts unskilled youth into a skilled workforce through targeted short-term training with placement assistance.
Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech) is a nationwide network dedicated to empowering young people through skill development and livelihood opportunities. With 480+ training centers across 29 states, we focus on equipping marginalized youth with the technical skills, life values, and confidence they need to succeed.
Rooted in the vision of St. John Bosco, we blend education with character formation to create responsible, employable, and future-ready citizens. Our strong partnerships with corporates, governments, and communities enable us to bridge the gap between youth aspirations and industry needs—transforming lives and building a skilled India.
St. John Bosco, or Don Bosco (1815–1888), dedicated his life to the care and education of underprivileged youth. His Preventive System—based on reason, religion, and loving kindness—remains a global model of education and empowerment.
Carrying the Torch – Don Bosco Tech Society
Rooted in his vision, Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech) adapts this legacy to today’s needs through skill development, vocational training, and life skills education. By equipping marginalized youth with opportunities to learn, earn, and thrive, DB Tech keeps Don Bosco’s dream alive: “It is enough to know that you are young and abandoned for me to love you very much.”
Skilling India
Bridge digital, social and economic divide in India by significantly contribute to the development of the marginalized youth by enhancing the employability and life management skills.
We believe that education is a "matter of the heart" and the youngsters must not only be loved, but also guided properly for a sustainable future.
We strive to make every step of our operation as transparent as possible by communicating and involving all stakeholders to ensure maximum buy in.
We are committed to being fully accountable to all of our stakeholders, from our donors and partners to our nationwide staff to our beneficiaries.
We strive for excellence in everything that we do. We constantly assess ourselves and learn what we need to master a situation, not just react to it.
We understand that inclusiveness enriches our programs, and we strive to serve for corporate citizen organizations, as well as reach out to marginalized youth.
